Um grupo de amigos pretendia alugar uma casa de férias.
Foram a uma Agência e escolheram uma, foram avisados que a senhoria era uma senhora complicada e difícil pelo que quem fosse negociar o contrato deveria ser a pessoa do grupo mais calma, educada e cordata....
O grupo elegeu uma das senhoras.
A reunião correu muito bem, simpatizaram uma com a outra, conversaram e até beberam chá!
Quando chegaram ao momento de assinar o contrato a senhoria perguntou à senhora se ela tinha automóvel e se o poderia ver...
Embora surpreendida a senhora concordou pelo que foram à rua.
No fim, a senhoria, decidiu não alugar a casa e explicou:
Quando vejo um carro, desmazelado, sujo e cheio de lixo.....desconfio logo que a minha casa ficará igual!
É o meu método...:)))

O método é de Sherlock e a conclusão só pode ser, se deseja alugar casa tenha o carrinho sempre arrumado, mesmo o do supermercado :-)
